Cy Wainscott, former advisor, dies in Gambier

Cy Wainscott, former Collegian advisor and a managing editor for the Plain Dealer of Cleveland, died Sunday. Obituaries can be found at the following links:

I knew Cy somewhat, but not extensively. When we were briefly without an advisor in 2003, he agreed to help out. And I knew him at Harcourt Parish. Every time we talked, he was laid-back, friendly, just seemed like an all-around good guy.
